Screenshots of a early Windows 9-Threshold build may have been leaked
A website has posted a number of screenshots which they claim come up from an early version of Threshold, the code name for the side by side version of Windows that may or may not exist chosen Windows 9 when it is officially released.
The images come from a Federal republic of germany-based site called WinFuture.de and they show a build version number of 9834. The site claims that the build was created on September 8 and was sent out to a number of Microsoft partners on Wednesday. The images practice evidence many of the features that are reportedly part of Threshold, including the new version of the desktop Beginning menu, a notification center, and feedback surveys.
While these screenshots appear at first to be real, in that location are some weird things such as one screenshot showing Cyberspace Explorer 11 running, rather than what nosotros would presume would exist IE 12. As always with these kinds of leaks from sources that have not proven to be reliable, take them with a grain of common salt.
Microsoft is nonetheless expected to launch a public preview version of Threshold sometime in tardily September or early October, preceded by a press event on September 30, with the final version expected for launch in the spring of 2022. What is your opinion of these declared screenshots?
